Take the untrained guys with guns that also have masculinity and anger issues desperate, then put them in an airport and tell them they are in charge. With 24 hours notice no less. Also keep in mind many POCs and immigrants WORK at airports and have to go through security to do their jobs. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to see people being tackled walking off of planes. I also don't think it's unreasonable to expect ICE assaults someone that works for TSA who is going on or off shift. But reality can sometimes throw a fastball and give us an even crazier outcome, so I'm not placing my bets yet. #TSA #ICE #uspol

A murky, deeply troublesome situation has been unfolding in Chicago overnight. It appears CBP detained an American citizen at O’Hare, took her to an ICE detention facility in Chicago. She hasn’t been heard from since and her family cannot locate her. She may or may not have been transported to a different facility in Wisconsin. Are you kidding? Small local hospital, just the kind thaty will fail under the new cuts to medicaid/care. But it's the one people use. And not the staff's fault, as far aswe couldtell...just UNDER STAFFED. Fractured upper humerus, and it wasn't funny. Seeing ortho (who did her hips and shoulder) Monday if we can get in. Thankful for good sturdy Irish bones. Have I ever stated publicly here that I feel incredibly fortunate to have insurance?
